A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced General Practice Attorney to join our team. We are looking to fill two full-time, permanent positions with attorneys who are versatile, client-focused, and skilled in multiple areas of law.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense
- Represent clients effectively in court hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and contracts
- Provide thorough legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and share expertise
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 25 years of experience in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficiently
