- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, staffing, and quality improvement
