Package Highlights:
- Starting salary over $400K with annual increases; long-term potential near $500,000

Qualifications:
- MD/DO with fellowship training in cornea
- Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligibility for California medical license
- Strong interest in long-term, collaborative practice
